Warning LS engine Conversion Cost

Warning!!!  Thinking of doing an LS conversion into an early Camaro you probably are talking to someone who knows nothing about what It really takes cost wise to totally do the conversion and what is involved to get it up and running perfectly.

Be sure you do some AI searches and be prepared to take out a second mortgage on your house. I get calls every day and people ask me to tell them the truth and that’s why I am going to tell you Stop!!!  The only people out there that tell you it will bolt right in with One of their conversion kits are not giving you a straight story, yes, sounds good you are converting to a modern engine it ends there.

The LS engine is a totally different animal, nothing fits from your early Camaro, Impala, or Corvette, the list is so long we would need a couple of additional Pages. New Parts, labor, and everything needed from the radiator to the tail pipe will easily get you into $50,000 or more so don’t be fooled, do your homework. For the Ford Guys who are thinking of a Coyote Conversion they are even more expensive, because with them going into an early Mustang or F 100 needs serious body and frame conversions being the Coyote is a very wide engine.
